What Working With Me Actually Looks Like

No guesswork. No cookie-cutter programs. Just a structured process built around who you are and how your body actually moves.

Most coaches hand you a program and call it coaching. You fill out a form, get a PDF, and figure the rest out yourself. That's not what happens here.

Every client who works with me goes through the same structured process — because results aren't built on effort alone. They're built on the right effort, applied in the right order, for the right reasons. This is what that looks like.

The Process

Step 1: The Application

Before anything else, you fill out a short application. I review every application personally — looking at your goals, training history, schedule, and what's been holding you back. If it's a strong match, I'll reach out to schedule a call. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what's possible.

Step 2: The Assessment

Before any program is written, you go through a 60 to 90-minute movement assessment using two frameworks — FMS (Functional Movement Screening) and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) — that tell me exactly how your body moves, where restrictions exist, and what needs to be addressed before we load you. Your program is built on data, not assumptions.

Step 3: Program Design

Once I have your assessment data, I design your program from the ground up. Periodized using microcycles and mesocycles. Every exercise selection chosen for your body at this stage. Progressive overload built in from day one. Clear benchmarks. Nothing random.

Step 4: Weekly Check-Ins

"Every week, you check in with your training data, questions, and updates, and I review everything and respond. Progress tracking, form reviews, program adjustments, and accountability. Most people don't fail because of a bad program. They fail because they're doing it alone.

Step 5: Progress Reviews 

At the end of each training block, we do a full progress review. Strength benchmarks, body composition, and movement quality re-evaluation. Your program adapts as your body adapts.
